It’s called "Manchineel tree" aka the most dangerous tree in the world, and you can find it in the Caribbean, Central and South America (In the French Antilles the trees are often marked with a painted red band.)
The milky sap from the fruit or the leaves causes blistering, burns, and inflammation when in contact with the skin, mucous membranes, and conjunctivae 🥴
Fun Fact: When I was a child one other kid threw one of the fruit on my left arm and that shit burnt my skin for a week.
